Disable Remote Desktop locally with Regedit.

First, launch the registry editing tool by typing REGEDIT in the run.
Then, navigate to the following node: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server
and select the fDenyTSConnections Name to 0.
