The development team comes with this intro:
Voice is natural, voice is human. That’s why we’re excited about creating usable voice technology for our machines. But to create voice systems, developers need an extremely large amount of voice data.
You can use an account or not.
I used my firefox account to test it.
You need a microphone and you need to read some sequences.
After a few records, you can submit the voice.
