Fix flash plugin error in google chrome.

Linux is not very funny without youtube features.
Most of the users want to have this.
The readme.txt is the file with :
o Copy libflashplayer.so to the appropriate browser plugins directory. At the prompt type:
+ cp libflashlayer.so
o Copy the Flash Player Local Settings configurations files to the /usr directory. At the prompt type:
+ sudo cp -r usr/* /usr
